Kelvin has over 20 years of experience in new construction, remodeling, building, roofing, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical projects. For more than two decades, KTN Construction has been serving both the local business communities and the residential communities in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
