KTN Construction LLC., was formed in the Spring of 2000. It is owned and operated by a minority owner, Kelvin Tran. Kelvin has over 20 years of experience in new construction, remodeling, building, roofing, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical projects. For more than two decades, KTN Construction has been serving both the local business communities and the residential communities in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. KTN Construction has completed countless projects. Whether it is a small home office painting to a new custom-built home or a full local startup business suite complete contracting.
